Bilingual Family Counseling Service, Inc., has always been at the forefront of the collaborative movement in San Bernardino County, participating as a founding committee member of all of the following Collaboratives: Citizen’s Against Substance Abuse (Rancho Cucamonga), Association of Community-Based Organizations, Youth Justice Center, Focus West, Family Solutions, Montclair Community Collaborative, and the Fontana Community Collaborative, Upland Healthy Start, Silver Valley Healthy Start, and the Gangs and Drugs Task Force. As a recognized expert in services to families and youth, BFCS contributes to community strategic planning efforts across the West Valley region.
