Olivia graduated with an MSW from USC.  She has worked at BFCS since 1977.  Olivia has been at the forefront of community leadership and training in areas such as multicultural services, school interventions, gang diversion, and child/family therapy.

Steve graduated with a BS degree in Accounting from CSULA. He has worked for BFCS since 2005.  Steve oversees all financial records of the agency, and is responsible for monitoring internal controls and compliance with government grants

Michele Buyco, LMFT, PPSC

Michele graduated with an MS degree from University of La Verne. She has worked at BFCS since 2004.  Michele provides clinical supervision to staff and manages all clinic-based programs. Michele also provides administrative oversight for the Early Mental Health Iniative for Ontario-Montclair School District.

Josefina Sierra, LCSW

Josefina graduated with an MSW from USC.  She has worked at BFCS since 1989.  Josefina provides clinical supervision to staff and interns and manages our community and school-based programs.

Operations Manager

Christian manages and supervises support staff as well as the operations and technology aspects of the agency.  Christian has worked at BFCS since 2001.
