Carlos graduated with a BS degree from the University of La Verne. He has worked for BFCS since 2006. Carlos works as a case manager providing basic needs assistance to families within the Ontario community.

Lorena has worked in the customer service field for over 15 years.
She has worked for BFCS since 2007. Lorena provides support and assistance to our various programs at the agency. She is also a part of our quality assurance team.

Audra graduated with an MS degree from California State University, Los Angeles. He has worked at BFCS since 2011. Audra provides counseling to adults, children and families.

Lead Case Manager
Diana has a Masters degree in School Counseling from Azusa Pacific University. She received her BA from Mount St. Mary's College in Liberal Studies/ Spanish Minor. She started working for BFCS in 2010. Diana works as a case manager for our counseling programs helping clients gain access to services. She is a liaison between our county funders and our agency to help meet the needs of clients.

Nicholas graduated with an MA degree from Chapman University. He has worked at BFCS since 2008. Nick conducts presentations throughout the local community and provides counseling to adolescents and adults.

Maria graduated with a BA from UCLA. She has worked at BFCS since 2002 in a variety of roles. Maria is a child behavior specialist who provides mentoring and coaching for pre-school teachers and parents in the Ontario-Montclair School District.

Antonia graduated with a MS degree from Loma Linda University. She has worked at BFCS since 2004. Antonia provides counseling to adults/families, as well as support groups for women in abusive relationships.
